2024 Xfinity Series season, Young’s Motorsports and Honeyman searched for another solid finish in the team’s Xfinity Series return trip to Las Vegas (Nev.) Motor Speedway.

Showcasing speed in practice, Honeyman bobbled during his qualifying lap but still managed to produce a very competitive 25th-fastest lap time, giving the Mooresville, N.C. team good vibes for the race.

Unfortunately, Honeyman was collected in an early race accident that significantly damaged the right side of his No. 42 LH Waterfront Construction Chevrolet Camaro and took him out of position to contend for a strong finish.

Later in the race, Honeyman retired from competition for just the fifth time this season after experiencing electrical issues. The team finished 37th in Sin City.
